Delete your Allure account

You can permanently delete your Allure account and everything tied to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

  1. Open the Allure app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — Request it from us

If you can’t access the app, contact us from the email address on your account and we’ll delete it within 30 days: primeflowtechltd.com/support.

What gets deleted

Deletion permanently removes the following from our servers, with no recovery:

Data retention: All personal data listed above is deleted immediately on request. We keep no personal data afterwards, except where retention is required by law.
